Rental Rates**
**Rates based on occupancy. Holiday Rates apply December 16, 2006 through January 7, 2007. Weekend rate per night applies for any night. Holiday Week – 6 or 7 night stay within 12/16/06 – 1/7/07. Holiday Weekend – 3 night stay – Martin Luther King and Presidents’ Day weekends 12/16/06 - 12/24/06 – Minimum 5 night rental required 12/26/05 – 1/7/06 – Minimum week-long rental required. Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. All other times – minimum 2 night rental. Absolutely no 1 night rentals. 2 night rentals are charged a $40 reservation fee. 3 night rentals are charged a $25 reservation fee. Posted rates do not include taxes (7% sales tax, 6% occupancy tax) or refundable security deposit. Checks, Money Orders, or Cash accepted. NO CREDIT CARDS. No refunds for early departure. Agent not responsible for weather conditions. Maximum Occupancy for each property is noted in description and is strictly enforced. All occupants (adults, children, babies) are counted. All properties are NON-SMOKING. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED with the exception of certain properties with long-term rentals in summer. Bed linens are provided for each bed.
