About Us

Beech Party Properties is a full-service real estate business owned and operated by John and Kathy Carini. Like so many of our neighbors, we are Florida transplants who have visited and loved this area for many, many years. We established Beech Party Properties in January, 2002 with only one property (our own) in our rental inventory. Since that time we have been fortunate to have other owners entrust their homes and condos to us under our property management service. All of these properties are comfortable and clean and represent the owners' pride of ownership.

We enjoy sharing these properties and Beech Mountain with all of our rental guests. Referring the "right" house of condo to these guests is very important to us. We want you to be as comfortable as possible. For our owners, we take our commitment to them very seriously and work hard to ensure that their property is kept as nice as possible.

Besides property management services, Beech Party Properties will assist customers in finding a vacation home that they can call their own. If you come to Beech to look for that right property, you can let us know the specifics of what you are looking for and we can obtain information about properties that would most closely match those specifics and have it ready for you upon your arrival. Then we can take you to visit those you choose to see. When you have decided on that special place, we can assist you in all the formalities of the purchase and closing.

For those who already own a house or condo here on Beech or any of the surrounding areas, you can contract with us for general housekeeping services, lawn maintenance, or "house watch" services. The housekeeping services and lawn maintenance can be done on a regularly scheduled basis or on an "on call" basis.

When you leave your home on Beech, our "house watch" services can give you the comfort of knowing that someone is looking out for your property and investment. This is especially important during the winter months when so much can happen to an unattended property. Even if your house/condo is winterized, we check for those unexpected problems such as fallen trees or limbs, roof leaks, proper heat settings, signs of burglary, or the presence of unexpected guests such as raccoons (oh yes, they can get in through open chimneys, etc.) Also, did you know that most insurance companies will not insure houses or will drop insurance on those that are left totally unattended for more than 30 days at a time? "House Watch" can satisfy the occupation requirements with our regular weekly checks on the premises.
